Sundstrom (VP), Roger Ostdahl (secretary) and Anna Moline (treasurer).
Denfeld's football team had a losing record in
1937, going 2-5-2, but the future was bright for star players Bill
Baumgartner and Bob Lund. Baumgartner would lead the Hunters to
a 7-0-1 record in 1938 and go on to play collegiate ball for the
Minnesota Gophers and professionally for the Baltimore Colts. Lund
went on to become vice president of General Motors Corp.
